Pros": I got great value for my money at Homewood Suites. The room was immaculate, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything I needed. The hotel's location near the hospital was perfect for taking care of my family member, and the staff treated us with kindness and understanding.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the staff at this hotel. They were all amazing and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff was quick to respond to any requests I had. I especially appreciated the fact that they brought fresh towels to my room immediately when I missed the maid service. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with many nearby restaurants within walking distance. It made it convenient for me to explore different dining options during my stay.

There were a couple of issues that I encountered during my stay. the check-in process was slow and inefficient.

Our purpose of travel was to be close to Huntsville Hospital as we were supporting a family member undergoing surgery. The hotel's location was perfect, just 1.5 blocks away from the hospital, allowing us to easily walk back and forth. The free breakfast provided each morning was a huge help, and the hotel staff was understanding when we needed to extend our stay. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our 6-night stay. Additionally, we appreciated the amenities provided, such as the full kitchen in our room, friendly notes from the cleaning staff, and the availability of bikes and free wifi.

The hotel was impressively clean, and everything was done perfectly. The staff were kind and friendly, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location, close to restaurants and a Publix grocery store, was incredibly convenient for our two-day stopover.

Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and evening happy hours. Conveniently located between downtown and the VBC, and close to a plaza with dining options and a grocery store. Good Wi-Fi and always-available coffee in the lobby. Housekeeping does an excellent job with very clean rooms.
