During our stay at Homewood Suites, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the breakfast area. The selection of breakfast items was excellent and there were numerous choices available. We particularly enjoyed the delicious coffee and the cozy atmosphere with the fireplace and large TV. The table and chairs were clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant dining experience.

Exceptional service when our room was incorrect. They quickly resolved the issue and accommodated us in the correct room. The rooms were clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel allows pets and there was complimentary food and drinks on weekdays. The location is convenient, with Walmart, Target, and various restaurants nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a spacious King Suite. The layout was perfect for me and the kitchen had all the amenities I needed, including a dishwasher. The hotel is conveniently located in a huge shopping area with many other hotels in the vicinity. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the attentiveness of the staff. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, as it was centrally located in the Knoxville area, allowing us easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and a well-stocked kitchen. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast each morning was varied and plentiful. We also enjoyed the complimentary food and drinks in the evening. a great experience.

I had the best hotel stay in a long time during my weekend getaway. the staff at this property were amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. the location of the hotel was also a great advantage. It was conveniently located near several restaurants and had easy access to the interstate. the room itself was quiet and comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

One thing that I didn't like was that several rooms had left trash outside their doors by early morning, which was unsightly. Additionally, when I checked out, I was asked if I wanted an emailed receipt but I haven't received it yet.

We had a minor issue with the breakfast, as some of the items for the hot breakfast could have been warmer. Additionally, the kitchen towels were not consistently refreshed, and we were told to use paper towels at times instead.
