i had an amazing weekend stay. everything exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visits to mexico city, especially the comfortable courtyard rooms and the welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast was a highlight, with delightful options that made mornings feel special.

one thing missing was more lighting in the room.

The service here was outstanding, with friendly staff who really cared about our stay. The lighting in the room was too dim for getting ready properly. We really enjoyed the themed dinner nights that added a fun touch to our vacation.

Request a room higher than the first floor for better balcony privacy and views, as some lower-level balconies are fully visible from the street.

Had a boss stay, la! The staff were dead sound and made breakfast just how I liked it, every morning. But the lighting in the room was a bit too dark for my liking. Overall, it was a comfy retreat in a prime spot.

The gym facilities were somewhat limited, which might disappoint fitness enthusiasts.

The bicycles provided were in poor shape. one was stolen easily due to a flimsy lock, leading to a hefty charge that felt unjust. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, sheets had holes, towels were cheap, and the overall maintenance was lacking, including dirty walls and hair found on the bed. The restaurant's menu lacked prices, which creates a sense of uncertainty about costs. If you end up on a lower floor, don't expect much privacy with the balcony, as it’s exposed to the garage entryway, limiting outdoor enjoyment.

The location is perfect, with great bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We're also close to Chapultepec Park and the Archeology Museum, which makes exploring easy and fun for the kids. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay for our family.

The only downside was the limited kid-friendly options in the hotel restaurant.

I absolutely adored staying at The Wild Oscar! The intimate setting with only 28 rooms made my experience feel personal and special. Each breakfast was a delight, especially the Eggs Benedictine. I can't stop raving about it!

The friendly staff, especially at the front desk, ensured our needs were met, and we enjoyed a spacious, beautifully appointed suite. The safe and quiet neighborhood offered a perfect retreat.

While the location is superb, the dark ambiance in the room made it tricky to apply makeup or shave, and the bathroom's opaque door lacked soundproofing.

The room was stylish and comfy, but the lighting in the bathroom was a struggle. Chur to the friendly staff for helping with everything, though!
