The location of the hotel was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the hotel was helpful and friendly, providing us with good service throughout our stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the cleanliness of the facilities was not up to par, with stained bedspreads, dirty carpets, and a dishwasher that had clearly not been cleaned.

Great Property with Great Staff: the hotel offers all the amenities needed for work or leisure. the complimentary breakfast and social hour had delicious food and beverages. the fast and reliable internet service was a bonus. the front desk staff, especially Antoinette, was extremely helpful and accommodating. a great place for both business and family stays.

Decent stay: the room was a bit pricey for the quality received. There was a musty smell, and the vanity had water stains.

The location was perfect for the concert, open wine/beer bar, excellent staff, spacious room with a kitchen.

The beds were super comfy after long days coaching. The breakfast was really good and had all the basics one might need. The hotel has a comfort zone of its own, with a flat-screen TV to enjoy while eating. The food was fresh and hot, with different varieties of selections. The rooms had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed in the living area, which was perfect for my family of 5.

Mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and gave us an aching back. the pillows were not supportive and felt like sleeping on balloons.

This hotel is located in a central area close to Phoenix International Raceway and the University of Phoenix Stadium. The mini store on site is a convenient feature. The breakfast was decent and the gym was adequate.

One area for improvement is the noise level. Despite being a light sleeper, I had trouble sleeping due to noisy guests.
