Honestly, the parking situation was a nightmare. I didn’t expect to pay $45 a night! Plus, arriving late with kids, we dealt with a broken extra bed and dirty rooms. Just frustrating after a long travel day.

The hotel offers fantastic access to the Riverwalk, allowing you to step right outside and enjoy the sights of River Street just a short stroll away, with historic gems like the Cathedral of St John the Baptist only about a 15-minute walk and Forsyth Park a little over 2 km away, making it perfect for wandering through the city’s charming streets; the hospitality and service were remarkable, from delightful breakfasts served by the lovely Ms. Pat to the great rooftop bar where we enjoyed daily views of the river, although on the downside, I did find the parking fee a bit steep.

The furniture felt outdated, and the pool could use updating. the room's temperature control was effective, keeping everything pleasant. the staff was accommodating, making the stay more enjoyable despite a few downsides.

The location is prime for sightseeing, and the staff, including the friendly parking attendant, enhance the experience. breakfast can be hit or miss; it was dry, unlike my previous visit. I expected better communication regarding this issue, especially after a long drive. An early check-in fee felt unnecessary when the room was ready. the bathroom’s exhaust fan was faulty, leading to steam buildup. A clean, modern hotel with potential, but attention is needed to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Despite the noise from the rooftop bar on floor 8, the friendly breakfast staff made mornings enjoyable. However, the check-in confusion, unclean room, and broken gym equipment were disappointing. The expensive parking and lack of room service were also drawbacks, but the rooftop bar and location were highlights.
