Limited towel supply for a family of five. Lack of cleanliness in the room, with hair in the bathroom and dirty dishes.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. First of all, the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always there to assist with any requests and made me feel at ease throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were extremely comfortable, providing ample space for my family. The attention to detail in the decor was impressive, with soothing colors and great lighting that created a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen in the room, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

There was not a single thing that could be improved during my stay at this hotel.

My recent stay at Homewood Suites was a great experience. The hotel was perfectly clean and everything looked and smelled brand new. The room had no dirt, dust, or odors, and the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. The soothing, relaxing colors throughout the hotel created a pleasant atmosphere. The lighting in the rooms was excellent for both relaxation and getting ready. I particularly appreciated the ample space and well-decorated but not overdone design.

Great stay! The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and a variety of shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for my family. The staff were accommodating and always available to assist us with our needs. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the pool was a great place to relax in the morning. the hotel was a great value for our New Year's trip.

We did notice that the dishes in our room were not always cleaned properly and it would have been nice if the housekeeping staff had come by more regularly to clean up. there were some maintenance issues with the ceiling fan and bathroom that could have been addressed.
