For us it was ideal.

We recently went to a hotel in Vietnam for Christmas and it was a mixed experience. The Christmas dinner was lovely and we were even surprised with a small gift in our room. The hotel was conveniently located near the main tourist area with easy access to various activities.

We found the staff to be too eager to please and often intrusive. They constantly tried to sell us extra services, and we felt like they were pushing us to spend more money.
