The hotel was immaculate, and I loved that it had everything I needed in the room, like a refrigerator and microwave. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff. The breakfast choices were terrific and comparable to a restaurant. Plus, the hotel's location was excellent, as it was very close to the Mall of America. I could walk to the mall in just 5-10 minutes, making it super convenient.

Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy and providing assistance whenever needed. However, these positives were overshadowed by the cleanliness issues and noise disturbances. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again, as I believe there are better options available for the price.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Mall of America and surrounded by great restaurants. The free shuttle to and from the airport and the mall was a huge convenience. The complimentary breakfast and two days of complimentary dinner were a pleasant surprise. The staff was always helpful and the complementary Wi-Fi had great speed. The kitchen in the room and the separate living room space were a nice addition. I highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday.
