I recently stayed at the Hilton near MSP for a quick business trip. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to provide helpful directions and recommendations. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection at a great price. The shuttle service was efficient and the drivers were friendly. The room was comfortable, with fluffy pillows and a cloud-like bed. The amenities like fresh water with lemon and lime each morning were a nice touch. The genuine smiles from the staff made me feel truly welcomed.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

On the positive side, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to both downtown Minneapolis and St Paul. there were some great amenities available, such as a convenience shop with a variety of food options from Hilton and a good selection of scents for perfumes and cleaning products. These offerings added convenience and variety to the guest experience.

The hotel seemed to have some serious maintenance issues, with keys and phones not working properly, toilets not flushing, and a lack of water in certain areas of the facility.

The bar opened at 5pm and had great drinks and food. Tariq provided excellent service. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find with a map.
