The hostel exceeded all my expectations in terms of spacious rooms with natural light, comfortable beds, and clean private bathrooms on each floor. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the French Quarter and other attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. Even though some advertised features were not yet available, the hostel still provided a great experience overall.

I stayed at the hostel in a female room with 8 beds and it was extremely comfortable. The lobby and kitchen area were fantastic, and the free coffee/tea all day was a great bonus. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of everything.

One downside was that there could have been more bathrooms on each floor, as it could get crowded. However, overall I would highly recommend this hostel.

The beds at Hi were incredibly comfortable, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Bourbon Street and plenty of food options nearby. The communal areas were clean and spacious, and the restroom setup was the best I've ever seen in a hostel. I had a great stay at Hi and would definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of Bourbon Street, the Aquarium, and Harrah's. The hotel facilities were new and comfortable, with spacious and private beds. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were kind, helpful, and always available at the 24hr desk. The breakfast provided was very good, and we appreciated the 24/7 tea/coffee facilities.

I was in New Orleans for 3 nights and Hi exceeded my expectations. The hostel has a nice kitchen, hang out area, and clean bathrooms. Each bed has its own locker, outlet, light, and curtain for privacy. The rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light, and the beds are incredibly comfortable with pillows and doonas. The location is amazing, with easy access to main attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. a top-notch hostel experience.

This accommodation is conveniently located, with easy access to the city attractions. You can walk down to the riverwalk or visit the downtown attractions, such as the Mercedes Superdome. Additionally, this location is central enough to most places. The hostel has wonderful bathrooms, excellent rooms, amenities, and breakfast. The staff is friendly and ready to assist you in any way possible, and the hostel is quiet and modern.

There was an issue with some guests in the rooms leaving the doors open or being noisy, which was not ideal.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in the heart of a vibrant city. The hotel was an excellent value for the money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the clean and comfortable rooms, complete with a private bathroom and a blanket, to the incredible view of the Mississippi River from the 35th floor. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance, including a food court where I could grab a bite to eat.

All was great, couldn't ask for anything more.

The hostel was super secure with friendly and approachable staff. the location was great, easy to access via public transport, and close to all the amazing spots in the city. the facilities were excellent, especially the free breakfast with a well, equipped dining room. Alex, one of the staff members, was really helpful and gave me great recommendations for places to visit during my short stay.

It meant I had to go out and find breakfast on my own instead of enjoying a relaxing start to the day. Additionally, I noticed that the kitchen provided a lot of single, use plastic instead of using reusable dishes and cutlery, which wasn't very eco, friendly and could have been improved.
