Nothing not to like.

My recent stay at Shashi Hotel Mountain View, An Urban Resort was truly enjoyable. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The service was top-notch, and Sarah at the front desk was particularly welcoming and efficient. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby Google facilities and attending events at Shoreline Amphitheater, as it was within walking distance. The parking was also easy and free, which was a bonus. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel is still relatively new, and it showed in the overall cleanliness and stylishness of the property.

The hotel was well located, the staff was very friendly and attentive, which provided us with memorable moments. The room was clean, accommodating and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was tidy and had a great shower, which allowed us to relax after a long city tour.

The coffee was not up to standard, it tasted weak and like instant coffee. the room was small and cramped, and there was not enough space to move around.

The brand new hotel features a modern inner courtyard with a pool, hot tub, and bar area. The seamless indoor/outdoor eating areas and sliding doors maximize airflow. The rooms have a nice setup, great bathrooms, and state-of-the-art TVs with streaming services. The food and cocktails are inventive and the breakfast is huge. Free bikes are available for exploring the area, including the nearby Google campus. The staff is attentive, helpful, and fun. The hotel is spotless and conveniently located within walking distance of the Amphitheatre and local restaurants.

Felt like royalty, nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The inner courtyard with a pool, bar area, hot tub, and indoor/outdoor eating areas create a seamless flow that maximizes airflow. The state-of-the-art TV, with streaming services, allows us to wind down in style. The food and drinks were inventive and delicious, making every meal a memorable experience. The free bikes and proximity to Google facilities made exploring the area stress-free. The service was exceptional, with the team genuinely caring about their guests' well-being.

Despite the luxurious experience, the lack of closet space in the room was a minor issue, but we made do with the serviceable space.

We found the food and drinks at the on-site restaurant to be a bit overpriced for what we received.
