At my favorite spot, I found warm staff who guided me to great places to eat. Everything I need is here; Wi-Fi, 24/7 help, gym, heated pool, spa, etc. Coming back for Christmas for sure.

My recent stay at Shashi Hotel in Palo Alto was exceptional. I was in town for a conference and stayed for four nights. the location was perfect, being close to both the Shoreline Amphitheater and Google HQ. the hotel amenities were top-notch, with a well-maintained pool, hot tub, gym, sauna. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the cafe even surprised my kids with complimentary hot chocolate. the rooms were clean, comfy, and quiet, making my stay truly relaxing.

We had a delightful stay near the Amphitheater with spacious rooms and great technology. the pool with provided towels was a hit with our kid. the variety of amenities, including the gym, sauna, and hot tub, were well-kept. The tasty food at the restaurant and cafe, plus the free hot chocolate for the kids, were wonderful perks. Cons: Everything was impeccable.

My recent stay at Shashi Hotel Mountain View, An Urban Resort was truly enjoyable. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The service was top-notch, and Sarah at the front desk was particularly welcoming and efficient. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby Google facilities and attending events at Shoreline Amphitheater, as it was within walking distance. The parking was also easy and free, which was a bonus. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel is still relatively new, and it showed in the overall cleanliness and stylishness of the property.

The hotel was well located, the staff was very friendly and attentive, which provided us with memorable moments. the room was clean, accommodating and the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom was tidy and had a great shower, which allowed us to relax after a long city tour.

The coffee was not up to standard, it tasted weak and like instant coffee. the room was small and cramped, and there was not enough space to move around.

The hotel is spotless and conveniently located within walking distance of the Amphitheatre and local restaurants.

The service was exceptional, with the team genuinely caring about their guests' well, being. Cons: Despite the luxurious experience, the lack of closet space in the room was a minor issue, but we made do with the serviceable space.
