It was close to the venue and the room was very clean. The pool and spa looked very nice, although we didn't partake, but the facilities looked very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed different breakfasts to start our day, which were satisfying and delicious. The room looked out onto the pool courtyard, enhancing our experience. The staff was welcoming and provided attentive service throughout our stay.

The staff were exceptional, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Our room had some cleanliness issues, including hair on the sheets. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, which is a nice touch. Overall, a decent stay but some improvements are needed.

The bed was flipping comfy and the location is great for concerts—only a 15-minute walk to Shoreline! Check out that pool too. such a lekker spot to chill with the friends. Staff were awesome, as chommies do, just made everything easy for us. Plus, the room was super clean, ja!

Chur, the location's mint and close to Shoreline! But man, the TV setup was a right hassle—had to mess about with it for ages. Still, the breakfast was yum!

I just loved my stay at Shashi Hotel Mountain View! The rooms were so comfortable and equipped with modern conveniences like keyless entry and app-controlled lighting. I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the room to the inviting seating area. Plus, being just a short drive to Castro Street was perfect for enjoying local cafes and shops.

WiFi connectivity was downright pathetic!!! The TV was more dysfunctional than entertaining!!! There are several accessibility flaws, and the bathroom features could use a significant overhaul!!! Not impressed overall!!!

We loved the cozy cocktail bar with its inviting atmosphere. The heated pool was perfect for relaxing after our adventures. Also, the hotel's proximity to Castro St made exploring local cafes a delightful treat! Tip, Don't miss the warm jacuzzi—it was a highlight of our stay!

The hotel offers a cozy ambiance with well-maintained amenities, including a heated pool and a delightful café that treats kids to free hot chocolate. My family found the room to be spotless and serene, although parking was quite limited. Overall, a pleasant experience with lovely staff!

The staff were exceptional. loved the warm welcome drink and electric kettle in the room. The proximity to the amphitheater is a plus for concerts. very clean with complimentary snacks.

The AC could use attention. ran a bit warmer than preferred during our stay.

the rooms have multiple charging ports, really handy for devices. the lights turn off unexpectedly while you’re trying to relax.

omg this hotel was super comfy! the beds were like clouds, and the shower was so refreshing. staff were super chill and friendly, especially ariana—she helped us out a ton. the bar had some tasty drinks and the heated pool was fab for relaxin after a long day. plus, it’s close to all the cool cafes!

but the breakfast situation was kinda annoying since they ran out of eggs and the wifi was like super slow. also, parking was a bit tight.

We loved our three nights here! The pool and heated spa were fantastic for unwinding. Enjoyed a nacho platter at the bar with yummy drinks while watching a game on the big screen. Heads up, rooms might feel snug for two adults! Request a room with a coffee maker if you need it.
