This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Impressive attention to detail. Room service staff went above and beyond. Dog-friendly with treats and meals. Restaurant ensured our safety. Plenty of space and wonderful amenities. Felt incredibly safe throughout our stay.

Great staff, easy parking, multiple dining options nearby. The rooms were spacious and the feature of having TVs in the bathroom mirrors was a fun touch. The big bathtub was also a plus. The staff was highly recommendable.

The price was not justified as breakfast was not included. Bottled water in the room was not complimentary and each bottle cost $5.

The food at the restaurant was phenomenal, and the room service was prompt and delicious. The spa facilities were top-notch and provided a relaxing escape. we were extremely satisfied with our stay here and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Arista during our recent visit to the Western Suburbs of Chicago! The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible from the nearby I-88. Our deluxe suite was absolutely stunning, with plush bathrooms and a cozy living room that made us feel right at home. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the creativity and excellence of the food at all three of the hotel's restaurants. Parking was convenient and just outside the hotel. we had an amazing experience and will definitely return whenever we are in the area. Highly recommended! I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in the Western Suburbs!

We couldn't have had a better experience here! The location was perfect for our needs, with multiple economical eating options nearby and easy access up to Chicago. Plus, there was a restaurant with a wood fire that gave it an unusual atmosphere. The service was fantastic too, from excellent room service to the friendly and attentive bell staff. They even offered a shuttle service, which was very convenient. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the room amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and turndown service really made us feel at home. The staff gave excellent service from check-in to check-out, and we appreciated the leisure spa and wellness facilities available on-site. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the surrounding area. we felt very well taken care of here!
