Their outdoor seating area was charming and provided stunning sights of the mountains to enjoy while dining.

The hotel is in need of some renovation. The furnishings and carpet appeared worn out, and the overall appearance could use a touch-up.

The value for the money was excellent and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, right across from the Hot Springs, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

As backpackers, we loved the vintage feel of the hotel, taking us back in time. The lack of air conditioning wasn't a problem as opening the window did the trick. The grounds were relaxing and the outdoor eating area was enjoyable. The location was convenient, within walking distance to hot springs, restaurants, and shops. The rooms and bathrooms, although small, were very clean. The wide hallways and inviting seating areas in the lobby were perfect for relaxing and mingling. The hotel offered good value and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the historical significance of staying in such a charming place. The staff was friendly and the little coffee bar in the entrance hall was a nice touch.

The staff at this historic hotel were lovely and very helpful during our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located near the hot springs, which was a big plus. Additionally, the hotel has beautiful architecture and a stunning lobby with old-fashioned furniture and a cozy fireplace.

Our room was not cleaned properly, and we had to request for it to be cleaned again. The cleaning staff seemed unresponsive and the ceiling above the ceiling fan was quite dirty.

The Christmas lights were fabulous! The room was lovely and met our requirements. The hotel has a fabulous slice of history and I loved that. The pictures with thoughtful details of past events are wonderful. I liked that you could open the windows, although no screens were on them. Great food and friendly staff.
