We loved the location of this charming hotel, right in the heart of everything. The food was excellent, and we felt like royalty. Despite a small hiccup with the room key, the staff turned it into part of the adventure. we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

As soon as I arrived, I was amazed by the elegant and historic ambiance of the hotel. The outdoor courtyard, lounge, bar, and restaurant were all fantastic. It was a pleasure to support the preservation of such a beautiful establishment. I especially enjoyed the short walk to the nearby Glenwood Hot Springs, which was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, location, and cozy vibe.

The value for the money was excellent and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, right across from the Hot Springs, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety to the menu.

The staff at this historic hotel were lovely and very helpful during our stay. the hotel is also conveniently located near the hot springs, which was a big plus. Additionally, the hotel has beautiful architecture and a stunning lobby with old-fashioned furniture and a cozy fireplace.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the rooms were quite old and in need of some renovations.

Great location, close to many attractions and activities. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful during our stay. Convenient amenities offered, including a fitness center and a restaurant on site.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned properly, and we had to request for it to be cleaned again.

The Christmas lights were fabulous! The room was lovely and met our requirements. The hotel has a fabulous slice of history and I loved that. The pictures with thoughtful details of past events are wonderful. I liked that you could open the windows, although no screens were on them. Great food and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this historic hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel had great facilities. The location was perfect and within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to. Additionally, parking was convenient, either in the hotel lot or on the street just blocks away.

Comfy chairs by a cozy fire, interesting history, hot tea, cocoa, and muffins available. 80s elevator doesn't match the vibe. Steam radiators in rooms. Leaflets explain radiator and hot water quirks. Very comfortable bed.

Stunning building, simple yet elegant room, pleasant piano playing in lobby, offered late check out free of charge, friendly staff.

This hotel is a true hidden gem! The location between mountains makes for breathtaking views. The staff's attention to detail and service are top-notch. We loved the rooms with ceiling fans and the availability of 2 double beds and 3 queen beds. Breakfast was included, and the dry omelettes were delicious!

All was great, couldn't have asked for more.
