The location of this hotel was fantastic, situated right in the heart of downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the rooftop area was a great feature, and we loved spending time there with a great view.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the sliding bathroom door did not provide much privacy due to the gaps.

The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and had nice decor. The location was convenient for exploring downtown on foot.

The rooms at this hotel were beautifully decorated and had high ceilings, giving them a luxurious feel. the hot tub in the room was a great addition and provided a relaxing experience. I also appreciated the small touches, like the basket of water and Tylenol at the front desk in the morning. the location of the hotel was perfect, with cafes and downtown shopping within walking distance.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a unique and adventurous experience. The room decor and tall ceilings were unlike any other place we've stayed in. The rooftop hot tub was definitely worth it, and the location was amazing! We were able to walk to all our planned activities and the free parking ramp was convenient. The staff was quick to fix a burnt out light bulb and Michael at the front desk was fantastic, providing transparent and helpful service.

We got great value for our money with a perfectly cozy room and spacious layout. The location was ideal, right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shops, dining, and the beautiful river. The staff at Crosby were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay.

The only thing that could make the breakfast selection better is if they offered a wider variety of options.

The bag of Candyland popcorn in our room was a nice surprise. Loved the decor!! The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice with a good shower. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hot tub on the roof was a nice touch. The room was extremely clean. The location is great, with easy access to the city center and other eateries.

Room had a nice bed and outdoor patio. Hot tub on roof was relaxing with a view of the river. Small workout room available. Popular restaurant in the hotel. Good experience overall.

Nothing to dislike.

My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary getaway at Hotel Crosby. We stayed for a few nights and loved that it was centrally located in downtown. We could easily walk to coffee shops, shopping, dining, and even crossed the bridge into Wisconsin. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The facilities were chic, modern, and cozy, and we especially enjoyed lounging on the rooftop with its beautiful views. Despite our worries about overcrowding, there were only a few people using the hot tub, so it didn't interfere with our relaxation. We loved our stay so much that I even created an Instagram story highlight about it. Book this hotel, you won't be disappointed!

We had a fantastic time at Crosby! The location was perfect for exploring all the shops and activities in the area, and everything was within easy walking distance. The ambiance of the hotel was amazing, especially the restaurant/bar where we could relax and unwind. The design and decor of the rooms were top-notch, making our stay very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the lack of a refrigerator and phone in the room, overall, we had a great experience. The staff was excellent and very helpful, and the free parking was a big plus. We highly recommend this boutique hotel for a fun and relaxing getaway.
