We had an amazing experience at this hotel! the front desk staff, especially Diana and Tiffany, went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. the hotel had recently been renovated, so everything was clean and modern. the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave and mini-fridge. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with convenient access to the airport, downtown area, and local attractions. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast options offered, including delicious cinnamon rolls and Chobani yogurt.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, the room was exceptionally clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. I was greeted with warm smiles and a helpful attitude throughout my entire stay. The comfortable atmosphere made me feel right at home, and I especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub as a nice added amenity. The hotel even provided Dove hair care and body wash in pump style bottles, which was a nice touch.

In terms of the breakfast, it was decent, but I do wish it lasted until check out as I'm never quite ready to eat before it's done. Additionally, the thermostat in the room didn't have an option for a constant running fan, which would have been nice.

The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The service at the front desk is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is also close to various attractions, ensuring there's always something to do during your stay.

The ongoing construction at the hotel during some stays can be disruptive and take away from the relaxing experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express. the room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with plenty of natural light. We especially loved the little chase where we could relax and put our feet up. the in-room Keurig was a nice touch. the breakfast in the morning was satisfying, offering a variety of options including waffles, muffins, bagels, oatmeal. the staff was polite and friendly, and the manager of the breakfast area was very helpful. a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was abundant and constantly refilled, even just before closing. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom design was modern and stylish. We loved that there were many amenities close to the hotel, such as a market, pharmacy, and an amazing Italian restaurant. The location of the hotel was also convenient for us as it was close to the theater at St Michaels. we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's facilities and the exceptional service we received.
