We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were beautiful. We loved the comfortable chairs and fireplace in Northern New Mexico. The staff, especially Joshua, Tarlene, and the best bartender ever Stephen Montoya, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome. The location was also great, with easy parking and transportation options.

The hotel location was convenient for us to drive up to the ski area each morning. The restaurant, Palettes, had delicious breakfast options at reasonable prices. Despite a few minor issues with the room upon arrival, the hotel staff promptly resolved them the next day. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Our family of four enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was tasty and satisfying. The foyer and bar were beautifully decorated, especially the Christmas tree. The room, 407, was nice and comfortable. The check-in and check-out staff were very friendly and helpful.

Additionally, the well-equipped workout room, ample parking, and proximity to Taos' main attractions added to the overall convenience of our stay.
