As a light sleeper, I greatly appreciated the hotel's peaceful environment and comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep.

Absolutely nothing.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is perfect, in a safe area and not too far from the convention center. Everything was centrally located and easily accessible. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff at the check-in to the quick response to all my requests. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and the in-room safe. I had a pleasant and comfortable experience here.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

The lobby and bar area were very inviting and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing good customer service. The hotel's location was ideal, close to key attractions and amenities. Plus, having a shuttle service to and from Disneyland was a major convenience.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par.

I loved the large and clean lobby and the very friendly front desk staff. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and had a great view of the city. The TV had ultra high definition and I enjoyed watching it from the comfortable chair. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was central to many different activities and attractions, including a mall and restaurants. They also had a shuttle to and from Disneyland which was very convenient. I also appreciated having a Starbucks, restaurant, and bar on site.

Nothing bad to say.

During my stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies that were offered in the lobby. Along with this, the location of the hotel was key, as I was able to walk to all of my desired attractions without the need for transportation. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed in my room and the peace and quiet of my surroundings.

My stay was dampened due to the lack of cleanliness in my room. The carpets were stained and there was a foul odor lingering in the air.

Don’t have any issues at all.

This hotel is centrally located, in a good area, and not too far from the convention center. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a great view of the Disney fireworks. It was great to have a sleeping sofa in the room, and I appreciate that breakfast was included, although it should have included eggs.

The valet staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Quick and efficient check-in process. Good Mexican restaurant and mall within walking distance. Bartender provided great service and conversation. Beautiful view from the room on the 20th floor. The room was clean, quiet, and well laid out.

Couldn't fault

I recently stayed at Hotel Fera Anaheim for a quick trip to Disney. The staff at the front desk made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Parking was plentiful and the helpful staff outside directed us as soon as we arrived. The beds were nice and the room was very comfortable. The showers had good water pressure and were updated. The shuttle service to and from Disney was great. the customer service was excellent and the hotel had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This place was centrally located near everything we wanted to visit and we were impressed with the quality of service. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a separate dressing area with a mirror. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which allowed us to sleep peacefully at night. The hotel facilities were impressive too, with a fitness studio and a restaurant that served delicious food.

Recommending this hotel to everyone! The only minor issue we had was the lack of available outlets in the room, which made charging our devices a bit challenging.
