Felt like VIP guests, nothing to complain about.

The staff, especially Ms. Ashley, Mr Dee, and the young man with braids, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Mississippi River, museums, bars, and restaurants. The best part was that once we parked our car, we didn't need to move it because everything was within walking distance. The hotel's proximity to the River Center was especially convenient for us when we attended a concert there. The staff made us feel welcomed and treated us like individuals, not just another guest.

We felt very happy with our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The staff is very friendly and attentive to detail, providing high-quality basic amenities and comfortable rooms with 2 double beds and a view of the water. Breakfast is included, which is a great bonus!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the refreshing shower in the bathroom. The parking lot felt very safe, which was important to us as we were traveling with a packed vehicle. The location was perfect, close to the Mississippi, restaurants, and sights we wanted to see. Additionally, the staff was genuinely nice and provided great southern hospitality throughout our stay.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Great location and comfortable beds! the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and offers a stunning view of the river. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Plus, the hotel is pet-friendly, providing treats and water for our furry friend.

The hotel had a few drawbacks. Some items on the room service menu were not available, which was disappointing.
