The hotel's WiFi connection was slow and inconvenient, making it challenging to stay connected. upon check-in, I wasn't informed about the need to present my membership card to claim my rewards points, resulting in the loss of 80 points.

Loved the convenient location of this hotel, with a shopping mall and restaurants nearby. It made exploring the area so much easier. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with any needs or concerns we had. Plus, the rooms were clean and had a pleasant scent.

The WiFi signal in our room was quite weak, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, there were some noise disturbances during the night, like vacuum cleaner sounds and people talking loudly outside our door, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was perfect for attending a concert. We were able to easily access the venue and enjoy the show. Additionally, the food at the hotel had a great selection of hot meals for breakfast.

We were initially told that there was no available room despite requesting an early check-in. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and gave us a room immediately.

The recent renovations were a pleasant surprise and the upgraded room by Rowena was beyond excellent. The location is convenient with easy access to the airport and a nearby shopping complex. The staff provided helpful information and the room was bigger than expected with complimentary amenities and a gym on-site. The breakfast, although not outstanding, was sufficient for our short stay.

Smelly room and unhelpful staff - oh joy!

This hotel is very well placed near the airport and it's surrounded by a small shopping mall, where you can find many restaurants, and fast food chains. The rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities you need, plus they have devices that are stretched towards the ceilings, so you can comfortably use them without disrupting your stay. The breakfast served at its own lobby since its ambiance is great and you can enjoy bottomless drinks.
