The riverfront views from my room were breathtaking! I loved soaking in the fresh air from the windows and the coffee bar in the room was a nice touch. The rooftop bar, Witness Tree, served up amazing cocktails, making evenings unforgettable.

However, the valet situation was chaotic. paying $45 for service that fell short was frustrating. I also found the lack of self-parking options a real hassle, and the noise from the street made it tough to sleep some nights.

Earplugs were appreciated due to street noise.

We had a great stay in a spacious riverfront room with stunning views. The room was spotless, and the service was top-notch. When we accidentally left the do not disturb sign up, housekeeping responded quickly and thoroughly cleaned our room. Also, the front desk manager graciously coordinated our laundry delivery when we didn't want to be disturbed. It made our stay feel special!
