I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just two blocks from Passeig de Gràcia. It is in a beautiful area and easily accessible to almost any place I wanted to reach in this city. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. The staff's customer service was top-notch, and they even replaced my accidentally discarded toothbrushes and toothpaste. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the espresso from the machine was excellent. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and convenient location made my stay here enjoyable.

The highlight of my stay was the rooftop jacuzzi, which offered a breathtaking view in the evening. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a number of disappointing aspects about this hotel. the rooms were very dark and lacked sufficient lighting, making it difficult to see properly.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is great if you want to explore the city center. It's so central and close to the train station, which made it super convenient during our stay. Plus, being in the center of the Eixample district gave us easy access to the city center, Sagrada Familia, and all the shopping stores. The staff here is absolutely amazing, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. And let me tell you, the bed was the best! It was extremely comfortable and we had the best night's sleep. The hotel even surprised us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate, which was such a lovely touch.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the heart of Barcelona and it was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, right in the center of the tourist area and close to public transportation. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel also offered a range of amenities including room service, laundry services, and a restaurant. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I do have one small complaint about this place. The housekeeping staff sometimes didn't come until late in the afternoon, which was a bit inconvenient as I was often out all day and by the time they came, I didn't really need the service anymore.

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding anniversary and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was centrally located and surrounded by plenty of designer shops. We even received a lovely surprise of a bottle of cava in our room upon arrival. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a great variety of options. The reception, restaurant, and room service staff were all exceptional and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit.

It was near many stores, the Metro Station, and the transportation that can take you anywhere in this city.

Located in a convenient area without subway stations, this beautifully decorated lodging offers clean and comfortable rooms with large beds and ample space. The bathroom with the wet room is nice, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding, including home-made and fresh items with various options such as Irish/English or Continental. Friendly staff on the door welcomed us, and the hotel housekeeping services were exceptional. The rooftop area includes a free sauna and Jacuzzi while guests can enjoy stunning local restaurants nearby.
