This hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from the train station, making it a great option for travelers arriving by train. The rooms at this hotel are beautifully decorated with restored antique furnishings, offering a unique and charming atmosphere. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel has unique old furniture, a great view, and hot showers. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing pool towels and water bottles. The location is convenient for restaurants, shops, and hot springs. Parking is available for an extra cost. a fantastic stay.

Easter weekend at this hotel was fantastic! the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with a blend of antique and modern furniture. the staff was friendly and offered great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. the location was perfect, with easy access to key areas and attractions. We also loved the comfortable beds and the abundance of natural light in the rooms.

There were a few issues that affected our stay. the parking lot was a bit far from the hotel and the rooms could have been cleaner.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the stunning view from my room. It was the perfect spot to watch all the hustle and bustle of the traffic and even catch a glimpse of the gondola on the mountain. Another great aspect was the helpfulness of the staff. They were always ready to assist me with anything I needed, whether it was getting a new hairdryer or extra towels. the receptionist at the pool desk was especially delightful, making my mornings at the pool even more enjoyable.

We loved the cozy room with a great view and comfortable bed. The hotel had a quirky Old West atmosphere, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in downtown, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel even offered discounted passes to nearby hot springs and had a great brewery downstairs. we felt at home and had a fantastic stay.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was extremely small, barely enough space for two people. We were disappointed to see that other rooms in the hotel were much larger and more spacious.

Free senior transportation, comfortable hotel, excellent staff, convenient location, great brewpub.

The beds were uncomfortable and too high off the floor, making it difficult to get in and out of bed. There were no night tables next to the bed, which was inconvenient.
