Easter weekend at this hotel was fantastic! the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with a blend of antique and modern furniture. the staff was friendly and offered great recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. the location was perfect, with easy access to key areas and attractions. We also loved the comfortable beds and the abundance of natural light in the rooms.

There were a few issues that affected our stay. the parking lot was a bit far from the hotel and the rooms could have been cleaner.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the stunning view from my room. It was the perfect spot to watch all the hustle and bustle of the traffic and even catch a glimpse of the gondola on the mountain. Another great aspect was the helpfulness of the staff. They were always ready to assist me with anything I needed, whether it was getting a new hairdryer or extra towels. the receptionist at the pool desk was especially delightful, making my mornings at the pool even more enjoyable.

We loved the cozy room with a great view and comfortable bed. The hotel had a quirky Old West atmosphere, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right in downtown, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel even offered discounted passes to nearby hot springs and had a great brewery downstairs. we felt at home and had a fantastic stay.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was easy to walk to all the main attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was extremely small, barely enough space for two people. We were disappointed to see that other rooms in the hotel were much larger and more spacious.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive free passes to the nearby hot springs with my room, and the old-world charm of the antiques in my room added to the overall experience. Location was great for exploring the area.

I had an amazing stay here. The location cannot be beat with the train depot right across the street. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. I especially loved the in-room coffee machine, making it easy to start each day on the right foot. Additionally, the spa and wellness center was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.
