Couldn't have been better.

our family holiday at nexus was great! compared to our previous stay in seattle, this time the rooms felt spacious and clean, allowing our kids to relax after a busy day. we really enjoyed the close proximity to quick dining options like mcdonald's and the skytrain for easy city exploration.

the breakfast choices could use more variety.

Take advantage of the complimentary upgrades. they can enhance your stay dramatically. Also, pack your breakfast snacks to avoid limited options.

During my stay, the breakfast options dwindled significantly over time. By my last day, basic items like milk and butter were nonexistent, and it took ages for coffee to be replenished. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the room lacking, with a floor that felt dirty and an infrequent cleaning schedule that left a lot to be desired.

I had a lovely three-night stay! The rooms were spacious and well-kept. The proximity to transit made exploring a breeze. Couldn't resist the local shops nearby for quick snacks too.

But alas, my room was missing a proper comfy chair—so much for relaxation! And let's just say I heard my neighbors a bit too well. I didn't mean to join their chat.

Had a grand time! The staff were such sound folks, always helpful. The breakfast was mighty, especially the hot options like pancakes and eggs. Only downside was the slow pick-up from the shuttle, but the free service made it worth it. All in all, a lovely stay!

Had a situation where my suitcase got locked. Papa Chulo from the front desk resolved the issue in just 10 minutes, allowing me to attend my meeting on time. The front desk team really went above and beyond to assist me. The room was spacious and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. McDonald's and Starbucks were within walking distance for quick meals.

The King Room was decent but had a few quirks. One chair for two people? Not cool. It felt cramped, especially with the noisy a/c and thin walls—you could hear everything from the room above. The bed was fine but those old foam pillows weren't great for comfort. Definitely could use better soundproofing. It did have a good location and staff were kind, but the room itself was a bit lacking.

I had a relaxing 3-night stay! Loved the spacious room with two comfortable queen beds and the amazing free breakfast, though the pool area could use some cleaning. Would definitely return!
