Spacious rooms, helpful staff, and great location made our stay enjoyable, with easy access to the Skytrain for exploring the area and nearby dining options like McDonald's and Starbucks for convenience.

Couldn't have been better.

our family holiday at nexus was great! compared to our previous stay in seattle, this time the rooms felt spacious and clean, allowing our kids to relax after a busy day. we really enjoyed the close proximity to quick dining options like mcdonald's and the skytrain for easy city exploration.

the breakfast choices could use more variety.

During my stay, the breakfast options dwindled significantly over time. By my last day, basic items like milk and butter were nonexistent, and it took ages for coffee to be replenished. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the room lacking, with a floor that felt dirty and an infrequent cleaning schedule that left a lot to be desired.

I had a lovely three-night stay! The rooms were spacious and well-kept. The proximity to transit made exploring a breeze. Couldn't resist the local shops nearby for quick snacks too.

But alas, my room was missing a proper comfy chair—so much for relaxation! And let's just say I heard my neighbors a bit too well. I didn't mean to join their chat.

Had a situation where my suitcase got locked. Papa Chulo from the front desk resolved the issue in just 10 minutes, allowing me to attend my meeting on time. The front desk team really went above and beyond to assist me. The room was spacious and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. McDonald's and Starbucks were within walking distance for quick meals.

the staff were super nice and helpful, made it easy for us to have a comfy stay. breakfast was alright, had some improvements since last year. location is great, close to mcdonald's and starbucks for quick bites. the space in the room was decent for my fam, kids had fun. front desk staff were doing a great job managing things.

the rooms were kinda dirty and could use a good clean. The noisy a/c woke us up a few times. also, the shower drain was clogged and that was super annoying.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Nexus BW! Our room with two queen beds was spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for our family to relax after a day of exploring Seattle. The kids loved having extra space to play, and having McDonald's and Starbucks within walking distance was super convenient for quick meals. Plus, the easy access to the Skytrain made getting around the city a breeze. The hotel staff were very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed, and we appreciated how well the rooms were maintained.

The noise from other floors was a bit distracting at times.
