I stayed at The Cloud One New York-Downtown hotel during transit, and it was conveniently located just 17 km from LaGuardia airport. The 4-star accommodations were comfortable, and the double room provided towels, a clothes rack, and a tea/coffee maker. The city views from the room were impressive.

The hotel experienced water problems during my stay, with some floors lacking water and low water pressure in my room. This caused inconvenience and stress, especially during shower time.

We loved staying here! The hotel's location is perfect, being extremely close to the event we were attending and near several subway stations. The room was clean, with great amenities like tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the leisure facilities available, such as free Wi-Fi, and luggage storage.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

For a holiday weekend trip, the hotel definitely had a lot of positives. the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee and the small fridge in the room was a nice touch. the hotel's location was great, we were able to walk to many nearby attractions and there were plenty of metro lines nearby. the view from the rooms was absolutely stunning!

There were a few negatives. Unfortunately, the hotel was currently undergoing renovations, which caused some slight inconveniences with elevators and fire alarms at night.

I recently stayed at The Cloud One for a few nights during my visit to the city. The room, though small as expected, was impeccably clean and comfortable. Being on an upper floor, I enjoyed a peaceful and quiet stay. The modernized bathroom with a stall shower was a nice touch, and the lighting in the room was perfect. The hotel's location surpassed my expectations, with easy access to sightseeing tours, historical sites, transportation centers, and shopping areas. The incredible view of the World Trade Center was a major plus, as it provided convenient access to various subway lines for exploring different parts of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. The relaxing and modern atmosphere of the lobby, terrace, and lounge area added to the overall charm of my stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. The spacious and clean rooms were truly relaxing, providing a pleasant retreat after a long day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for the event we were attending, as it was extremely close. Plus, being right next to O'Hara's Pub was a great bonus. The hotel also provided easy access to several subway stations and the ferry for Statue of Liberty. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities, including the heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, were excellent. We loved having a sitting area in our spacious room, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort and coziness of the room. We also appreciated the dining bar/lounge area, which was a great place to unwind after a long day.
