Hotel Pacific in Monterey exceeded my expectations with its beautiful accommodations and ambiance. The location was ideal, within walking distance of major landmarks like Old Fisherman's Wharf and the Monterey Conference Center. The jacuzzi and garden area were perfect for relaxation, enhancing our family bonding experience. However, the housekeeping staff's attitude was a downside, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The room was more than comfortable, with a tub and separate shower. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Enjoyed the private patio and short walk to dining. However, parking was a challenge and bathroom doors didn't lock. Staff was accommodating.

The views from the private furnished balconies at Hotel Pacific were simply breathtaking, right above the water feature. The staff's thoughtful gesture of comping a bottle after a mix-up with the check-in and check-out dates was a pleasant surprise. And I can't forget the enjoyable aquatic activities like kayaking and paddleboarding.

The plumbing issue in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, with slow-flowing water in the shower and a moldy silicone that needed attention.

Just stayed at a lovely hotel close to the old Fisherman's Wharf. the room exceeded my expectations with a patio and comfy bed. Would DEFINITELY choose it again! the garden area is better in person.

loved the spacious suite with big screen tv and amazing bathroom. the location is perfect - close to the warf and aquarium. also, enjoyed the family-friendly vibe. the wine - cheese, and fruit basket was a nice touch, and the cleaning staff were friendly.

I chose Hotel Pacific for a brief stopover during my travels, and the convenience of being just 10 minutes away from Monterey Peninsula made my stay hassle-free. The on-site meeting space and family rooms with private balconies added a touch of luxury to my transit stay.

Despite the convenient location, I experienced minor inconveniences during my stay. The room was dusty, and the air conditioning barely cooled the room.

The oversized spa-like bathroom with a separate tub and a shower was a luxurious oasis. It felt like stepping into a five-star resort, with plush towels and high-quality amenities creating a spa experience right in my own suite.

Towels were tiny and cheap.

My friends and I had a blast staying at this hotel while visiting the Lodge at Pebble Beach and watching cars racing down the tracks at the 11-turn road course. It was so rad! Plus, we also had a blast at the Sea Otter with its special activities for kids. The hotel's location was perfect for all our fun plans.

I would've loved it even more if the hotel had more lively nightlife options for young party-goers like us.

The service here is outstanding! the staff, like Marissa and Ana, are incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay so pleasant. the location is unbeatable, a short walk to all the attractions like Fisherman’s Wharf and the beach. the breakfast spread is fantastic, with a hardworking breakfast lady ensuring everyone starts the day right. the wine and cheese on weekends are a lovely touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

One minor improvement could be the scent in the rooms; a more pleasant aroma would enhance the overall experience.

The beautifully decorated family room with a private balcony at Hotel Pacific was delightful. The hardwood floors and the serene ambience of the room made the stay very relaxing. The location, just a short walk from the Presidio of Monterey Museum, was perfect for exploring the city.

The walkway to the rooms could have been cleaner and better maintained. Saw some litter around on a few occasions.

The Open Sea Exhibit and Giant Kelp Forest were amazing; free Wi-Fi and breakfast were a nice touch; the location was convenient for exploring.

Just loved being woken up early by the delightful sound of screaming children and the staff's refusal to accommodate my precious babies. So considerate!

This place is my go-to. Staff found my lost item on my first stay. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and Jacuzzi are my favs. Perfect spot for romantic getaways.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Pacific in Monterey. We were traveling with our baby and the spacious rooms were perfect for us. Upgrading to a premier room was definitely worth it, as it offered more brightness and comfort. The location of the hotel is amazing, just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and downtown. The trolley right outside takes you to Cannery Row for free. We also loved the bathroom, the sitting area, and the kitchenette. The breakfast room had a great layout and the food was delicious. we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
