They were friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to prepare our room early so we could check in. the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern furnishings. I also appreciated the little touches like the recycling container in the room and the complimentary cookies, water, and lemonade available mid-day. it was a great experience that made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

We loved staying at this venue during our trip. The location is amazing as it is situated amidst the theater district and arts district. It is quite an old and historical area but with a lot of revitalization happening around. The services were exceptional, including laundry and wake up services. The room amenities were fantastic and equipped with features like an in-room safe, garden furniture, and a kitchenette. We were amazed by the friendly staff who even used the TV remote to help us, and the leisure spa & wellness centre was so relaxing.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone as it is a great value for money option.

The noise levels in the hotel were disturbing, and we could hear people loudly gathering outside or entering their rooms at all hours of the night.

We especially loved the docking station on the desk that allowed us to charge all our electronics at once. the valet and check-in attendant were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a pleasant view of the small park. the hotel was super quiet, thanks to the double doors to our room. We also appreciated the quick response from the manager when our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly on our last night, resulting in a credit to our bill. We would definitely stay here again.
