I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Yellowstone Park. The staff was wonderful, especially Michael. The laundry service was great and the rooms were clean. I loved that they provided bikes for guests and the game room for the kids was fantastic. The pool and hot tub had cool changing lights that my kids loved, and they even had s'more kits for roasting by the fire from 5 PM to 11 PM. The eucalyptus shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch. a great place to stay with lots of added bonuses!

The indoor pool was great, and we loved the evening ice cream social and roasting s'mores by the fire pit. As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the exceptional service provided by the staff at the hotel. The front desk person, Katherine, along with the housekeeping staff, maintenance team, and managers were all very pleasant, engaging. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which was important for someone with a bad back like myself. Additionally, the availability of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate round the clock, along with the good breakfast, ice cream. The hotel also offered free bikes to tour the town, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. Cody, the front desk manager, and Kaitlyn with her contagious smile were standout members of the exceptional team at the hotel.
