Having a room on the lowest level right above the garage felt like being trapped!!! The view of a wall and noise from the garage was disappointing. Consider offering rooms on request!!! Parking should be more transparent!!!

During my stay at Hyatt Place San Carlos, I found the facilities to be impeccably clean, and my room was spacious and inviting, making it a true home away from home. The breakfast selection included a delightful array of freshly baked pastries, offering a perfect start to my day.

Parking for larger vehicles tricky.

I dealt with some annoyances, like the inadequate lighting—a single small desk lamp made reading difficult after dark, and the bathroom lights had irritating timers that left me in the dark. The parking situation was less than ideal. not only was there a $10 daily fee, but an additional unexpected charge of $1.40 for city tax felt sneaky. Plus, the noise from the garage and a view of a wall left my ground-floor room feeling claustrophobic, despite my request for an upper floor.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and immaculate, giving me that home-away-from-home vibe. The breakfast nook offered a fantastic variety, and I particularly enjoyed the tasty options like eggs and fresh pastries every morning!

However, I found the parking situation a bit tricky, especially for larger vehicles. Also, it felt like some breakfast items weren't replenished quickly enough, and I missed out on some fresh fruit. A minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things.

The room was super spacious and clean, with comfy beds and a great layout for the perfect getaway. Plus, it’s just 20 minutes from Stanford, making it convenient for our visit. Bonus points for the nearby eateries and the safe neighborhood vibe.
