Our stay at Residence Inn By Marriott Old Henry was for leisure, lasting two days. the spacious room with great views and comfortable bed made it a pleasant experience. the new building smell was a nice touch, and the cleanliness throughout the facility was impressive. the friendly staff, complimentary hot breakfast, and ample space were standout features.

Loved the spacious room layout that easily fit our family of five. the kitchen was a big plus, allowing us to cook and enjoy meals in the room. the pool was sparkling clean and perfect for a refreshing dip after a city adventure. Bonus points for the convenient location close to popular attractions and restaurants.

The hotel lacked daily housekeeping and we had to track down a housekeeper to get fresh towels. the breakfast was a bit disappointing, as it ran out of food early in the morning.

The hotel is located a bit far from attractions, but the staff is friendly and accommodating, making up for any inconvenience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a beautiful design. The walk-in shower is a great feature for those with mobility issues. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals, perfect for vegans. Guests also mention the friendly atmosphere and the warm and cozy pool.

The pancakes served at breakfast were extremely hard and difficult to cut through.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the cleanliness of the facility was remarkable. Everything was pristinely clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to assist with any request or question that I had. Lastly, I loved that coffee and tea were available all day. It was such a nice touch and made me feel at home.

Although I had a wonderful stay, I do believe that the hotel could improve on its proximity to attractions. While it's not a major issue, it would have been more convenient if the hotel was closer to the main attractions.
