Recently stayed at a charming hotel in a vibrant area for a short getaway. the warm, welcoming staff, spacious rooms with balconies, and lovely outdoor areas stood out. They catered well to my elderly mother's needs. the location is ideal for exploring. Room service menu exceeded expectations with reasonable prices. the attention to detail, like bath spa products and Nespresso machine, added a comfortable touch. the pool was a highlight, heated just right for relaxation.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, as it is right in downtown near the mission and restaurants. Guests can easily explore the Farmer's Market or enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar. The rooms are clean, modern yet comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The attention to detail is impressive, with water bottles and refill stations on each floor, as well as snacks upon arrival.

The lighting in the guest room vanity area is not ideal for makeup application.

The staff guided me when I arrived. the Hotel has all I need, like Wi-Fi, pool, massage, and more. Plus, I adore the restaurant and the welcoming vibe. I return for my vacations.

We had a great Xmas stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches in the room, such as the complimentary snacks and water, and the adjustable height bistro table for working. the room was also very clean, and the spa products provided were of excellent quality.

the lighting in the room was poorly designed, and we found it hard to adjust the levels to our liking. we were disturbed by noise from the room above us, and despite repeated calls to reception, we weren't offered an alternative room.
