We loved the variety of amenities and activities available at Tropic Island Resort! The pool, hot tub, and snow cone stand were fantastic. The grounds were well-maintained and there were lawn games and BBQ pits near the pool area. The bungalow we stayed in was perfect for our family of four, with a loft that the kids loved. Peyton's golf carts made it convenient for us to explore the area. The staff at the front desk, snow cone shop, and golf cart stand were all friendly and welcoming.

We felt special during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The 2 bedroom suite was affordable, with a fully stocked kitchen and comfy couch. The pool area was nice, and we enjoyed the option of getting ice cream. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the general manager who resolved our issue quickly.

This place is awesome for families with 2 small kids. Clean, quiet, and dog friendly. Fully stocked kitchen, cable TV in living room and bedroom, and a new swimming pool. Close to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. Family friendly with a lot of kids in the pool area.

We had a wonderful stay at Tropic Island Resort. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and spacious with new appliances in the kitchen. We enjoyed preparing our own meals with the pots, pans, and utensils provided. The pool was fantastic, and we loved spending time swimming and playing outdoor games. The location was convenient, close to Roberts Park and the marina, with easy access to the ferry. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Not obvious to find.

Our stay was simply amazing and we will definitely return in the future. The hotel's location could not be better: we were just off the ferry and close to the beach. We also found amazing breakfast tacos right across the street. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The pool was also a nice touch, and we enjoyed lounging there during our downtime.

We were disappointed by the fact that the beds were a bit too firm for our liking.

We recently stayed at a wonderful resort in Port A for a quick overnight getaway. The staff was accommodating, and the resort had a beautiful outdoor pool and hot tubs. The double suite was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen area was convenient with provided dishes and utensils. The location was conveniently close to the beach and stores without a lot of traffic. Our parking was right in front of our room, and the complimentary bag of ice upon check-in was a thoughtful touch. We will definitely be staying here again!

Took our grandchildren for spring break and stayed at this small yet cozy hotel. The location was perfect, just a mile away from the ferry landing. They had a convenient golf cart rental on the property and a great Mexican restaurant across the street. Our queen suite had a fully stocked kitchen, living area with comfortable furniture, and a big screen TV. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the whole family. The staff was exceptional and the grounds were beautiful.

Our family had a wonderful time at Tropic Island Resort. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, perfect for our girls to splash around in. We also appreciated the variety of games, music, and the ice cream/sno cone place. The resort even had a dog park and many areas for our pets, which was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we took advantage of the golf cart rental on the grounds, which had a great discount for guests. it was a fantastic experience.

Best aspects of my xmas stay were the amazing pool facilities and the fun games available on-site. the pool was clean and not crowded, allowing us to truly enjoy our time swimming and playing. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the area. Another advantage was the peaceful atmosphere, as it wasn't overly busy during our stay.

Worst aspects were the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. the floors were dirty and we found black dirt on our feet after walking on them.
