The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of everything! The staff were super attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The clean and comfortable room had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic stay. The old world charm of the room was jaw-dropping, providing the perfect ambiance for relaxation. We particularly loved the balcony, which offered a stunning view. The snack shop and bar area were convenient and offered a great selection. The bellmen and valet personnel were absolutely top-notch, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The gentleman at the evening desk was personable and helpful, making a positive impression. This hotel is an absolute gem and we can't wait to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The room was pleasant with period furniture and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking beautiful gardens and had a great time at the bar during happy hour. Most of the staff was friendly and personable.

Although there were a few minor issues like a malfunctioning toilet and a lack of apology, overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location, room comfort, and the opportunity to park our car at a reasonable price in the underground garage made our experience enjoyable.

Our room had a balcony which was perfect for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The traditional decor added to the New Orleans charm and the conveniently located bar and restaurant were great for a quick bite or drink. Overall I recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the prime center location in the Quarter. We were able to walk to most places easily, as it is close enough to Bourbon Street but far enough away to sleep peacefully. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were nice and clean. The basic amenities were all in place, and there were many nice restaurants in the walking area. The room stayed cold despite us turning the temperature up, which was a plus. Additionally, the breakfast in the dining room or bistro was good, and the room itself was spacious with a clean bed and bath. The parking service was also excellent.
