The value for money exceeded my expectations, as I got a spacious room with multiple beds for the price of one. It was like having a mini apartment to myself. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a dated room and occasional street noise, I was overall satisfied with my stay at Hotel Stratford. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with clean beds, towels, and soap provided. The convenience of being so close to Union Square was a huge plus. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in a great location, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

When it comes to breakfast items, it would have been nice to have at least a coffee maker or a percolator in the room. Having a hot cuppa in the morning would have been a great way to start the day.

The best thing about my stay at this hotel was the location! It's just a 2-minute walk from Powell metro/Bart station, connecting airports, and only 1 minute away from the cable car stop. Being so close to Union Square was incredibly convenient. The rooms were not anything fancy, but they were clean and quiet, which is always important. The staff was okay, and despite the minimal breakfast, it was satisfactory. Considering the price level in this city, the value for money at Stratford was great.

I recently stayed at Hotel Stratford for a week and was thrilled with the experience. The location couldn't be better, right across Union Square and on the same street as the cable car. The staff went above and beyond to help me, especially as a solo traveler. The variety of teas available was a pleasant surprise, and the selection was impressive. The filtered water and quick-heating showers were unexpected bonuses. a fantastic stay at a reasonable price.

The hotel's location in the city center was fantastic! We were able to walk to restaurants and it was relatively close to a BART stop without being right off the main line. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff were warm, extremely helpful, and prompt despite there usually being just one person manning the front desk.
