The location was great, near all attractions, with friendly staff. AC was a savior but room lacked charm and comfort. Dirty floors were a major turn-off, and noisy guests made for a restless night. Not the deluxe experience promised, disappointing for a special occasion.

The location of this hotel is perfect, within walking distance of historic downtown and many attractions. The parking right outside our room was convenient. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the good water pressure in the shower. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were noisy, flat pillows, and the room lacked warmth and decor. Overall, it was a decent stay for a short visit.

Omg! the location was what made the stay incredible! not in the middle of downtown chaos but just a short walk away from all the fun spots 🏝️. The breakfast was ok, but could've used some tasty waffles. The room though. 😬.

I loved the convenient location of Villa 1565, just a short distance from the Old Jail and close to the San Sebastian Winery, where we enjoyed a delightful wine tasting experience. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and the daily continental breakfast made for a great start to each day. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape from the Florida heat.

Hot breakfast with cool staff, right by the trolley stop - super handy! Rooms were spotless, and loved the powerful shower; totally relaxing stay. Just a teeny bit noisy when they had that biker bash in their lot, but we managed with TV high; more channel options would've been nice. 🌟

While Villa 1565 in St Augustine has some drawbacks like noisy beds and lackluster breakfast, the beautiful surroundings, comfortable beds, and unique outdoor areas make it a great choice for a short stay. The staff was friendly and the location ideal for exploring the historic city.

First stay, staff offered cold drink. It suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, Flat-screen TV, and Fitness center. Coming back for business trip.

The location of the property was great, surrounded by beautifully restored houses and only a short walk away from the Historic District. the outdoor seating areas were perfect for enjoying the surroundings, and the room was clean and updated. the breakfast options with actual eggs and sausage were a pleasant surprise. However, improvements can be made in handling noisy neighbors and ensuring security measures are in place to address such situations promptly.

The sprawling courtyard under the 650-year-old historic live oak tree was an enchanting spot to unwind. It felt like stepping into a fairytale with the majestic tree towering above, casting dappled sunlight on the elegant surroundings. It was the perfect place to sip a morning coffee and watch the world awaken.
