The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and courteous, making us feel right at home. We were upgraded to a bungalow suite, which was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was top notch, and we appreciated the coffee station in the morning. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect, right near Whole Foods in uptown.

I recently stayed at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, situated near popular restaurants and attractions. It is also safe and quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, cheerful, and helpful. They provided excellent services such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. Additionally, the hotel offers amenities such as a spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, allowing guests to unwind and enjoy their stay. The staff at the front desk and concierge were always available and eager to assist with any request or question I had. the level of service provided was exceptional. The rooms themselves were beautifully furnished and equipped with modern amenities including a flat-screen TV and in-room safe.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Loved the unique vibe of the place! The room was stunning and spacious. Unfortunately, the valet didn't charge my electric car, leading to a slight delay, but the staff were still friendly and helpful. I'd recommend Zaza to anyone looking for a chic experience.

I recently stayed at Hotel Za Za for a girls' weekend and it was flawless. We were lucky to land one of their Magnificent Seven Suites, called Crouching Tiger. The Asian-themed room had a full kitchen, laundry room, and a dining table for 10. The level of service was outstanding, from the friendly valet team to the attentive front desk staff. The complimentary driver and golf cart shuttle made exploring the local attractions a breeze. Thank you, Hotel Za Za, for an exceptional experience and priceless memories.

As foreign tourists, we loved the warm and inviting staff who were always ready to help. The eclectic and fun decor added to the hotel's brand identity. The surrounding area felt safe and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The complimentary driver and golf cart shuttle made exploring the local attractions easy and convenient. The large and comfortable rooms, along with amenities like the mini bar and robes/slippers, made our stay even more enjoyable.

The amenities and setting of the hotel were impressive. The spa and outdoor pool were highlights, offering a luxurious and relaxing experience. There were several disappointing aspects of my stay. The housekeeping service was subpar, as my room was not cleaned until late in the day, despite leaving early in the morning.

Located in a trendy area with great restaurants nearby and close to Whole Foods. The hotel has an excellent atmosphere with spacious and clean rooms, friendly service, and Bigelow bath products. The free Wi-Fi is fast, and the pool area has a DJ at night. They offer cars to take you anywhere within a 4-mile radius to save on parking costs.

Some guests complained about single-use plastic bottles and toiletries not being eco-friendly.

The food at Dragonfly was amazing and the valet service was exceptional. The location was perfect and the staff was outstanding on all levels. The fresh cookies and excellent coffee were a delicious treat. our stay was perfect!

I absolutely loved the funky décor and vibe of ZaZa. The staff, including Breona, Eduardo, Kaati, and Kristen. The Dragonfly restaurant served amazing food and the service was top-notch. The accommodations and amenities were extraordinary.

The coffee and free make-up mirror in the hall were nice touches that added to the convenience factor. the location of the hotel was great as we were able to walk to many local attractions. the hotel also had beautiful artwork on display throughout the building which added to the overall ambiance.

The bed was far too soft for my liking and it made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. some of the staff members could have been friendlier and more helpful in assisting us with recommendations for local restaurants and activities.
