The amenities and setting of the hotel were impressive. The spa and outdoor pool were highlights, offering a luxurious and relaxing experience. The staff members were friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service. The hotel's location was also convenient, situated in a prime spot with easy access to attractions and amenities.

There were several disappointing aspects of my stay. The housekeeping service was subpar, as my room was not cleaned until late in the day, despite leaving early in the morning. The quality of the towels was also disappointing, with rough and unpleasant texture. Additionally, the check-out process was frustrating, with malfunctioning printers and a confusing procedure for using gift cards as payment. these issues detracted from what could have been a great experience at the hotel.

Located in a trendy area with great restaurants nearby and close to Whole Foods. The hotel has an excellent atmosphere with spacious and clean rooms, friendly service, and Bigelow bath products. The free Wi-Fi is fast, and the pool area has a DJ at night. They offer cars to take you anywhere within a 4-mile radius to save on parking costs.

Some guests complained about single-use plastic bottles and toiletries not being eco-friendly.

We loved the amazing staff, always ready to give us a lift to nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, with lots of little extra amenities. The location was great, right next to the valet area and within walking distance to some great uptown restaurants.

The staff is organized, friendly, and attentive. The room is spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and dining table for 10. The valet service is efficient and safe. The concierge is helpful and efficient. The overall experience is satisfying and enjoyable.

The coffee and free make-up mirror in the hall were nice touches that added to the convenience factor. The location of the hotel was great as we were able to walk to many local attractions. The hotel also had beautiful artwork on display throughout the building which added to the overall ambiance.

The bed was far too soft for my liking and it made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, some of the staff members could have been friendlier and more helpful in assisting us with recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

I had such a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, right in the heart of a lively area with plenty of options for nightlife and entertainment. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional, from the valet team who greeted me with a smile, to the attentive front desk staff who catered to my every need. The service was truly top-notch, and I was impressed by the turn-down service provided by a different manager each evening. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a cozy sitting area and a terrace where I could enjoy some fresh air. I also loved the on-site dining options, with a delicious restaurant and a bar/lounge area. the level of service and comfort at this place was simply outstanding.

I highly recommend this hotel for families as well.

We had a great time staying here! The hotel is in an excellent area and is very close to all the shops and restaurants in Dallas Uptown area. The service was outstanding, including room service and turn-down service. We loved the outdoor swimming pool area and the spa facilities. The staff were amazing and even provided us with a welcome drink upon arrival.
