Great location and fun game room, but parking is expensive and no restaurant.

The location couldn't be better, just a block from the pier! I loved roasting s'mores by the firepits and the spacious room was super cozy. The helpful staff made our anniversary extra special, truly a fantastic experience!

Location is superb. Conveniently near attractions and transport. Perfect for families, with a delightful courtyard and engaging games room. S’mores by the firepit? A charming touch. The concierge was helpful, offering solid recommendations without pressure. check-in was less than warm. Rooms, while spacious, lacked modern decor and amenities like cotton buds. The shower and taps were underwhelming. Parking fees were a confusing surprise, and the walk from the lift to the room felt endless. Noise from other guests disrupted my sleep. A few adjustments could elevate this experience, but it remains a solid base for exploration. Worth considering, especially for families. Would return, with adjustments in mind.

Fantastic location across from Pier 39! Rooms are spacious and super clean, comfy beds, and cool amenities like a flat-screen TV and coffee maker. Enjoyed the outdoor heated area and free games room. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Loved the free water station and s'mores by the fire. Great vibe all around!

Unbeatable spot just steps from Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39!

I absolutely loved how just a short stroll away, I could reach Fisherman's Wharf in about five minutes and Pier 39 in less than ten minutes, making it super convenient to enjoy the stunning bay views and countless restaurants and attractions nearby; with super clean and spacious rooms, and great amenities like a fridge and coffee machine, my stay was really comfortable, but I wish there were more dining options within the hotel itself.

I walked into my room to find a trash bag left behind by the cleaner, sprawled next to my open suitcase. Seriously, who wants to start their vacation like that? It really put a damper on my trip.

Everything is super clean and the staff are very friendly.

Fantastic location right by the wharf. The lobby is inviting with game rooms and cozy seating—great for winding down after sightseeing. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. I appreciated the ability to check bags both before check-in and after check-out. the bathroom showed wear and tear with scuffs and a chipped door. One night was wildly noisy due to rowdy guests; it really disrupted our sleep. A lack of on-site dining and limited business facilities was a letdown. Still, a very unique atmosphere and solid accommodations make it a decent choice.

The room was spacious, featuring a fun magnetic dart board that the kids loved. the beds were small and quite firm, and the sheets lacked a soft touch. Noise from the corridor was noticeable, especially in the morning with doors opening and children rushing by. The temperature control was decent, keeping the room comfortable. A few maintenance issues, like a towel rail hanging off and a toilet that struggled to flush, were present. Cleanliness could be improved, as there were some cobwebs. Petty but noticeable things, like the absence of food options on-site or light breakfast, would enhance the stay.

After exploring the bay on a boat tour, we chilled in the courtyard. The hotel vibe was lit, perfect for party peeps.

Could use more music and dance spots for a wilder time.

The rooms are dog friendly and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing by the fire. Friendly staff made our stay smooth and they even provided s'mores kits!

It's on the pricey side, but worth it for the location and amenities.
