The Pos of this hotel are great location, amazing food and drinks, and excellent service. The location of this place is amazing, with Union Square and Powell station just a few minutes away. The RAMBLER restaurant next door offers a fantastic dining experience, with delicious food, great service, and tasty cocktails. The staff here are friendly and accommodating, making sure that our needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade to a suite. our stay here was pleasant and the staff was helpful.

The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. the shower had plenty of space and the air conditioning was perfect. Reception staff were helpful and printed our boarding passes for us.

There was a lack of information about amenities included in the amenity fee. the smell in the hallways and lobby was overpowering.

The game room downstairs was an added bonus, even though I was traveling alone. The coffee service in the morning was lovely, with friendly and attentive staff serving delicious coffee. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and amenities nearby. Despite being in the heart of the city, I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was.
