A stylish stay with quirky service

Hotel Zeppelin has a fantastic location, really close to shops and restaurants. I loved the rocker-chic decor throughout the whole place, especially the game room that provided a fun escape. The shower was a highlight, with excellent water pressure and quality toiletries.

Free upgrade to a king suite was appreciated.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing views, awesome location near bars, and a super-comfortable room. Concierge service helped with transport options, too.

Had a great time here! My room was quiet and super comfy, and I loved the rock-chic vibe of the decor. Location was perfect—right by Union Square and close to cool cafes!

But, oh dear, the bathroom doors are like trying to unlock a secret—no privacy at all! And let's just say a bit more soundproofing would go a long way!

I had a great stay in a cozy hotel with fun decor and comfy beds. The complimentary cocktail was a nice touch, but the room was smaller than expected.

We loved the chill vibes in the game room, especially the full-sized Bingo board and quick-shot basketball wall. We explored local spots, hitting up the Aquarium of the Bay and Foreign Cinema—such great food! The location is prime for checking out San Francisco's best attractions. Just a heads up, shower pressure was awesome, but some rooms might have a smell issue.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay, thanks to the stunning decor and incredible staff, particularly a star named Rodoba. The location couldn't be better for exploring nearby attractions, and the game room added a fun twist to relaxation. From the inviting lobby to the comfortable room, it was a refreshing urban escape.

i was quite disappointed, the bathroom door offers absolutely no privacy— i mean, what is this, a rock concert? also, the wifi kept logging out, talk about a drama. while i almost considered a good review, nothing screams 'hollywood treatment' like not getting a complimentary upgrade after all that hassle!

perfect spot for exploring san francisco's best attractions

This is a wonderful hotel where we enjoyed our stay, particularly the great food and lovely atmosphere at the rambler restaurant attached to the hotel, making it so convenient for meals after a day of exploring the city. plus, just a few steps away is union square and the vibrant chinatown, perfect for walking, shopping, and immersing ourselves in the local culture.

It is a vibrant hotel with modern decor and a cozy coffee bar, and fresh air can be enjoyed through opening windows!
