The hotel had a good location near the airport. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with toiletries. It offered a refrigerator, coffee machine, and hairdryer. The fitness center was available too. But the place really needs a revamp; it didn’t feel safe at all.

Unclear housekeeping standards left the bathroom less than clean, and the infrastructure needs attention. There were significant delays with the morning shuttle that caused us to miss our flight. The staff is somewhat responsive, but I would advise caution if you're considering a stay here. Improving cleanliness and maintenance is essential. There’s potential, but it needs serious work.

The shuttle service is timely, making airport access easy. the facilities could benefit from some modernization, particularly the laundry amenities, which currently need urgent upgrades.

The hotel felt like a rundown shelter, with a strong odor of mildew and reports of broken essentials in the rooms. Staff were polite but unprofessional; after some inquiries, I felt they rushed to end conversations. I was surprised to find no breakfast, despite it being advertised, and the parking was a hazard with potholes everywhere. The atmosphere felt uneasy, with a mix of transient and permanent residents. Still, the location was convenient, and staff tried to help when asked. It’s a tough stay; better options are worth exploring elsewhere.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to stroll around the area and enjoy so many attractions like the Hapeville Depot Museum which is just over 5 km away, the Delta Flight Museum about 5 km away, and Old National Park nearly 3 km away, making it a breeze to experience the local culture and greenery right from the hotel; the hotel itself was clean and had friendly staff, although it could definitely improve on maintaining some of the amenities for a more comfortable stay.

I was really let down by this hotel. They advertised breakfast, but it was a total lie. Wouldn’t recommend it!

The room itself had issues—dust on the headboards and drawers, a malfunctioning bathroom fan, and live roaches. My air conditioner rattled all night, making sleep difficult. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but the bed rail stuck out, causing me to hit my leg multiple times. Temperature control was inconsistent. There were noticeable water stains on the ceiling, indicating a lack of upkeep. The decor felt outdated, with curtains falling from the rod. the overall cleanliness was lacking, with a lingering odor throughout the property. Not the restful experience I expected or hoped for.
