This hotel exceeded all expectations. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with beautiful furnishings and decor. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from the heart of town and all the best bars and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped and the breakfast provided was excellent, with a great selection of organic products and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a fantastic stay.

We absolutely loved the Inn manager, Karen! The location was fantastic! Original floors were amazing! Family suite was great! The Granola bars were delicious and the breakfast options were lovely.

We loved the full kitchen stocked with farm fresh eggs, juice, yogurt, and more. The comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms were a plus. Beach chairs and towels were also provided. Karen, the innkeeper, was friendly and responsive.

The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The modern amenities in the inn were also a big plus, and I especially enjoyed the delicious pastries and snacks available in the kitchen.

While my overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. it would have been nice to have a TV in the living room area, as it would have been perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests.

Best aspects of our stay at 205 Spring St were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location so close to downtown. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was a breeze, with free parking provided for our F-150. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street of food that stayed open late and very close to downtown. We loved being able to easily explore the city and visit all the attractions and restaurants.

We had a great time at the inn during our Christmas stay. The accommodations were comfortable and the location was convenient, close to the Newport mansions and restaurants. The innkeeper was helpful and provided good recommendations. We also appreciated the 24-hour access to the shared kitchen, where we found a variety of breakfast foods and beverages. It was nice not having to worry about cooking during the holidays.

There were a couple of drawbacks. the layout of the suite was a bit inconvenient, as we had to walk through the master bedroom to access the main bathroom.
