We had a fantastic time at Senator! the staff was lovely and very professional, and the cleanliness of the resort was top-notch. With so much to do during our 5-night stay, we were kept entertained and never had any worries about safety. the food selection was great, and we especially enjoyed being able to make reservations at the different restaurants. it was a wonderful experience, and we can't wait to return with our family.

And the best part? All drinks are included 24/7! Our room in Unit 12 was spacious, quiet, and offered a lovely view.

The location of the hotel makes it a perfect place to stay, as it is close to the beach, some amazing restaurants, and has an excellent view of the daily docking of the cruise ships. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff is always ready to help and greet you with a smiling face. The breakfast is delicious, and the menu at the restaurants has a good selection. The pool area and the sports bar are the highlights of the property.

One drawback is that beach chairs are often hogged, and you must get up early to reserve a spot, while the taxi services are overpriced.

The location was perfect as it provided easy access to all the entertainment and attractions nearby. The staff, especially Yokasta and Isaura, were incredibly helpful and made sure all my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom. The service was top-notch, with prompt responses to any requests or concerns. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. The resort also had excellent facilities, like multiple pools and jacuzzis. it was a wonderful experience.

The service was lacking. There was a lot of Spanish entertainment, and no staff members seemed to speak English very well.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the swimming pool and spa center were exceptional. the massage and facial treatment were particularly delightful. the private facilities also added to the experience. the location, being beachfront, was simply stunning. the evening entertainment was magnificent and the poolside bar had a great selection of drinks.

The one minor issue we had was that we experienced slow service at the restaurant. This was unexpected for a 5-star hotel.
