Solo traveled for 4 nights, delighted with room #10. Cozy, new, clean with a comfy king-size bed. Safe and quiet area, one block from town. Helpful owner, well-equipped room with conveniences like a coffee pot and smart TV. A perfect spot to unwind and explore Southern Utah. Can just recommend this hotel.

Parking next to the unit with covered seating was convenient. Cold AC, spacious room, and easy online check, in made the stay pleasant. the lodging is well, equipped and gives a cozy feel, perfect for relaxing. Quick response by phone added a nice touch.

Some bugs spotted, no bites though. Self, trash removal required;

This place is super modern and comfy, with a freshly renovated and clean apartment. The fridge and microwave were handy, and the big TV was perfect for us Netflix Junkies. The real shower was a great surprise. The covered porch and patio chairs were a nice touch, and the assigned parking space was convenient. The location was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with easy access to downtown. The owner was friendly, and the place felt safe. a great stay for us adults.

Felt very lucky to have found it, no reason to complain.

Our stay at the lodging was exceptional. the cozy room with a swinging chair on the front porch was perfect for relaxing. the cleanliness and comfort exceeded our expectations. the convenient location and quiet atmosphere made our trip truly enjoyable. We will definitely return.

We encountered a minor issue with the TV freezing up, but after a quick call to management, we learned a simple trick to fix it. This small inconvenience was swiftly resolved and did not dampen our experience.

I can't believe the value we got for the price! The room was spotless, the bed was so comfy, and everything looked brand new. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the downtown area, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options available.
