The kids were thrilled to see the giant pandas and playful otters. The zoo's African savannah exhibit was a huge hit, and we even had a chance to feed the giraffes, which was an unforgettable experience.

My wife says that having a designated play area for kids within the hotel premises would have been great for families with children.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. the front desk staff was friendly and made check-in a breeze. the room had a beautiful view facing the pool and horizon, which was perfect for relaxation. the fast check-in process, with friendly gentlemen at the front desk, was a stark contrast to previous experiences at other hotels. Mohamed from the catering team even kindly packed some delicious cinnamon bread for me when I was leaving.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. it was visibly dirty when we arrived, making it unappealing to use even after it was cleaned the next day.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina as a transit stop during my travels and found it to be conveniently located near the DeKalb-Peachtree metro station, which made getting around Atlanta a breeze. The hotel's proximity to the second largest shopping mall in Georgia, Perimeter Mall, was also a major plus for me, allowing for some convenient and enjoyable retail therapy.

The management's disregard for my concerns regarding an incorrect card charge left a sour taste in my mouth. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation at checkout, I was met with nonchalance and a lack of follow-up from the managers.

Dirty room, unpleasant linens.

The rooms were really lovely and comfortable, with lots of space to move around, which we appreciated, and the staff were just outstanding - so kind and always willing to assist with anything you needed, making our stay that much better. The rooftop pool was a delightful spot to relax, soak up some sun, and unwind during the day; however, there was a faint lingering smell of chlorine in the hallway leading to the pool. 🏊

I keep choosing this hotel for my stays. The helpful staff once gave me a local food delivery number. It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, restaurant, fitness center. I'm excited to come back for Easter.
