Excellent stay at Aruga Apartments By Rockwell. We loved the spacious and clean studio apartment with all the facilities we needed. The breakfast voucher system was great and we enjoyed trying out the nearby restaurants. The swimming pool on the 3rd floor was a nice bonus too. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Additionally, friendly and accommodating staff make the stay even more comfortable.

The apartment was very spacious and well-maintained, providing ample room for relaxation. The location of the apartment was also perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the city. Additionally, I enjoyed the complimentary amenities that were provided, such as the wine and cookies, which added a nice touch to my stay.

The staff seemed slow and unresponsive, particularly when it came to fulfilling my requests for an extra bed and a baby cot. It took them an unacceptable 4 hours to set them up, and even then, the baby cot was dirty and had a dead cockroach underneath the sheets.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during the long weekend holiday. The location was impressive, situated on the river side of the building. It was excellent being just across the road from the Powerplant Mall, with easy access through a covered walkway. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with fast and continuous free Wi-Fi, no-wait elevators, and a reliable taxi service with short waits. The staff's service was exceptional, always helpful and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the 2 bedroom suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable for four people. Highly recommended in all areas.

Our stay at Aruga in Rockwell was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for 12 days and truly felt like we were living in a small apartment. The staffs were efficient and provided customer service above and beyond our expectations. The in-room washing machine and dryer were a great convenience. The hotel's location was perfect, with an underground tunnel directly connecting to the PowerPlant Mall. The grocery store and various dining options in the mall were an added bonus. We've recommended Aruga to our friends and will definitely be returning.

Christmas at this hotel was simply amazing! We were blown away by the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies waiting for us in our cozy room. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the amazing shopping, dining, and entertainment options. We also enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the property.

Although our stay was wonderful, the parking was a bit of a hassle. It was difficult to find our assigned spot and the parking area was a bit cramped.

The staff at Aruga Apartments were extremely helpful and attentive, especially Dee, who assisted my family during check-in and made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the apartments is also a major plus, as it is centrally located and just across from Powerplant Mall, making it convenient for shopping and entertainment.
