Location was fantastic, right by Times Square and Bryant Park. Easy access to food, shopping, and the subway. The hotel itself was clean and had a pretty room with a big TV. The bed was comfy and the room was relaxing. The interior was beautiful and modern. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I found the hotel easily and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Despite a couple of small issues, I would definitely recommend staying at Hyatt Centric Midtown 5th Avenue for a good price in the city. I had a great stay.

We went on an Easter trip and found a great location near all the main attractions, making it easy to get around. The staff were helpful and friendly, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was adequate, with a small selection of scrambled eggs, pancakes, and fruit salad.

The AC in our room was broken, which made us feel very hot during the night. We also had an issue with the cleanliness of our room, which caused us to repack our luggage multiple times, something we didn't expect and found frustrating.
