The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food options. the staff was very attentive and provided great service. the hotel's location was ideal, situated in a central area close to many attractions. Moreover, the hotel had a charming and historic atmosphere.

The bed in the room was quite small and not as comfortable as expected. Additionally, the room service food was of lower quality compared to previous experiences at the hotel.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. The room they upgraded me to was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the pool and garden area, which provided a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety of choices from the live kitchen. The staff were always ready to assist me, but never intrusive. this hotel provided me with a truly memorable experience.

We were delighted by the historic charm and modern luxury of this elegant hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Opera and Financial district. The hotel staff provided a warm and professional welcome, making us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully decorated with all the necessary comforts, including strong Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the incredible dining options, especially the delicious PhoBo. Despite a small shower/tub issue, our overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The private transfer was very slick and included some delicious macaroons and refreshments to start my stay off on a high note. The hotel's architecture is well-preserved and adds to the charm and ambience of the place. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is in the center of all the action in Hanoi. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially the lady in the restaurant who arranged for some coffee and pastries to be delivered to my room. All in all, this hotel provided a calm and peaceful oasis in this bustling city.

We had a fantastic stay at the iconic Sofitel Legend. The hotel's rich history and old-world charm create a truly unforgettable experience. Our room in the old section was beautifully decorated with antique telephones adding to the ambiance. The pool area was an oasis of calm, providing a welcome escape from the Hanoi heat. All the meals we had were fantastic, and the multiple bars and restaurants catered to every taste. The service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We also enjoyed the historic tour of the hotel's wartime bunker, a truly fascinating experience. we highly recommend the Sofitel Legend for a truly luxurious and memorable stay.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, which were a great place to relax during our weekend stay. the location was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. we encountered some issues with the elevator, which was not functioning properly and made it difficult for my wife, who uses a wheelchair, to access the hotel's restaurants.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to many attractions and the tourist area. It is conveniently situated near a lake called Hoan Siem Lake, which is perfect for a morning run if you are into that. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathrooms are well-appointed with Hermès amenities. The service is outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff ready to assist you. The breakfast buffet is varied and of good quality, offering both a la carte options and hot/cold buffet items.

Some facilities may be crowded during peak times.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. the room was clean and had a lot of natural light, which I appreciate. They gave me a complementary bottle of water upon arrival, which was nice since I was thirsty. the hotel was within walking distance of my meeting location, which was a relief since I didn't have to worry about transportation. the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a must for my work.

The price was very high for the quality of the hotel. I expected a more luxurious experience for the price point.
