We loved the convenience of the hotel's location in a prime area close to everything we wanted in Southpark. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home in this bustling neighborhood.

Hyatt Centric was exceptional. Luxurious rooms with large showers, ample storage, and convenient blackout shades. the gym surpassed expectations with various equipment. Ivey provided excellent service at the 2nd-floor bar. Easy access to the mall and shopping center.

Parking lot adjacent is gravel. No lights in the lot.

The location was great and the room was clean and nicely designed. Although the parking lot was small, the staff was very helpful with parking and our check-in process was smooth. I appreciated that the hotel had a good restaurant on-site in case we didn't want to venture out. I would recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right near everything I needed. The service was incredible and really took care of my needs. I loved the room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping services, which were all top-notch. The valet parking was also a big plus for me, making it easy to come and go as I pleased.

The decor and ambiance of the hotel were exceptional. the rooms were plush, and the large showers were amazing. the gym exceeded expectations with multiple spin bikes and free weights. the location was central, with easy access to various shops and malls.

The bed was not very comfortable, and the premium King room was small for the price. the food presentation could have been better, and certain items appeared to be stored in the refrigerator and then heated up.

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed - like a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. The bed was super comfy, and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver in the Charlotte heat.

I felt like the wardrobe in the room was a bit small for all my stuff. But hey, some people might like it that way!
